Bad habits and bad forms! Yes, the thing that have annoyed me since I injured my left knee and started to change forms in flips. First, my sideflip is like always, cacat. I tried chaging direction while punching, works a while, then suddenly when I tried to do it from platform, changed back to it's original form. Then I tried changing the tucking method, doesnt work either. So I have no idea of fixing it. Secondly, my backflip is currently using the"cowboy" tuck! LOL! But I think I can work on this one. It's just gonna take ALOT of time and ALOT of clips of digicam. Wee~
