This is so sick! One of the most perfect twists and variation of flips I have seen. He even combo'ed them both double flips variations and quadruple/triple twists. Like, OH MAI GAAAWDD!!! It's done on a garden trampoline, which everyone knows is harder than on a gym trampoline. Mad respect to this guy!

This other video is of ContextMovement, Jasper. He's from Denmark. MAAADD Freerunning stuffs! I personally like his cast away, and the variation he executes them off! Pretty wicked shit! But the choice of music is not the best tho. :|

It's been a very very long time since I update this blog of mine, well, I like to update any random stuff randomly all over the place on the net! Sometimes I feel like sharing little little things, then I'd post it up on twitter, random funny stuff I'd post it up on tumblr and of course, troll stuffs too! Anything parkour/tricking related updates would definitely be posted up on this blog, facebook and youtube(major video edits!)

So recently we found a huge new awesome spot for Parkour, we named it Singapore cause of the looks of it from the Singapore vids! It's gonna be siiiiccckkk training there and I really really hope my right leg is just gonnna heal up soon, it's been annoying me since the last few months, if I remembered correctly, I feel this sharp pain at the side of my hip since last June '10.

Just watched the movie Death Race 2 (thankfully with some spare time), it's a great movie plot because it tells about the rising of Frakenstein in Death Race, but too bad the actings and editing (post-productions) are pretty baaaaddd. I was disappointed when I get to only watch Chase Armitage a few times only and his scenes were very little.

Life's been great with improvements and I am excited to see what's in store for 2011! Gonna be extra careful this year as to avoid any stupid injuries and let's just say I'm gonna do all the movements for a reason every single time. Move for a reason!

On the other note, uni's life is like the norms, quizzes every week (average 4-5) and assignments! Thank god I got me 3 days of weekends, else I'll just be a total nutcase staying here and do all the works! Oh and this maxis berukband have been goood!! Better something than nothing I guess..

We also have major updated our website from the old pkmy.tk to http://www.parkour.my
Think I'm gonna get me my own website too soon! Until I find a true purpose for that. Read CP's blog the other day and I find it great to list down all the target of the year! But I won't list them down here. :)

So can you answer yourselves this question?

"WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF OUR CREATION IN THIS TEMPORARY WORLD?"

What happens if one day, you're living your life normally when "suddenly" some car hits on you and you die? Some huge bricks fell off a building and hits you and you die? Some drunk bastard shot you in the head with a gun and you die? Some this and that... you couldn't see it's going to happen. I insists that NOBODY lives forever, no one can deny death. Everyone have faith in it, even the disbeliever. The only problem people nowadays have is , 'the believing in God'.

What happens when you die? Are you prepared to face what's coming to you? And if you would have died and would have seen all the truths, could you come back to this world and tell the stories? Nay! If such have happened in the past, no people in this world would be a disbeliever, not a single person. No people would start saying stuff like, "when people start talking to you about God, quickly disbelieve him". So answer me the question.

Is it ridiculous to live in this temporary world and spend this little time we have here to worship God? Besides, that's the mere ultimate purpose of our creation. God have created men and jinnat just to worship Him alone.

So what are the problems peoples are facing these days? Why they (some of the people) feel that, God created them and sent them to this world to enjoy and do whatever they want with no boundaries, but at the same time, they (some of them too) feel that these is what will make them go to hell? So this must be the human nature/instinct speaking! If such doesn't exist, why people MUST have a religion? Whether the religion is strayed or still divined is out of the question. The question is why must they have a religion? Atheist? No God? There must be once in their life time that they feel that some Being have created them and they would want to know who that Being is. The feeling of 'No God' exists because these peoples have been tested for their beliefs and failed terribly. They have been tested with lost of their property or loved ones or any other unfortunate events that meets them. This is the problem, they only see that God is only making bad things happens to them. But when good things happens to them, they automatically forget about God.They say this is MY hard work,I worked so hard for this! Oh this is natural! And many more stuff like that. So when multiple unfortunate things happened to them, this is when they feel the feeling of 'there's no God', because if there's God, there's no way people would have to suffer in this world etc2. But they don't realise that these tests are so that if they succeed in the tests, they would live easier in the Hereafter. You should know that people that later on successfully entered the Heaven would also feel loss, why? Because in this world they did not spent more time worshipping God. It's the ultimate loss.

When God created the Heaven, He asked the angel, Gabriel to go and see. Thus, after seeing it, Gabriel said that if they could see what it's like, no humans would not want to enter this place! Then God gated Heaven with acts of good deeds such as the solah, zakah and fasting and so on. Then He asks the angel to look at it again. The angel looked at it and said that he's afraid that no one could enter the Heaven now. Same goes to when God created Hell, only He gated the place with the acts of sins like gambling, adultery, and all the actions of fulfilling the nafs (Malay: Hawa Nafsu) and so on. This time the angel are afraid that everyone will be unfortunate enough to enter the place because if one would have seen this place, they will work so hard day and night to avoid entering this place.The point is, we are not living in this world to avoid Hell and enter Heaven in the Hereafter. This is what I always remember: "Do every commands of Allah and leave everything that He forbids just because of Allah!". Because you see, we are the slave of Him, He created us. So we want the ridha of Him. It's like we are the worker for some company, do we have the right to ask our boss, hey boss do for me this and that! no way!

What is the purpose of our existence? Are we like all the plants and animals that are created merely with no purpose (except they are made for us humans)? Why did God created us humans? What should we do and what are sent for? You see this is because it's human nature or instinct (fitra), in no way that no humans would want to know who created them, so they seek. Some of them might ignore these signs of the ultimate need. But in their life, at least once they will feel that there is a being that have created them and that's why we see some people got the guidance and succeed. Succeed in what way we ask? These people that went through the hardships to seek the truth will absolutely be tested of their beliefs.

I WILL UPDATE AS I FINISH THE DAY AND HOW RIDICULOUS THE ORIENTATION WAS;

Day 1;
-spent a lot of time sitting in a chair with some other 2300 students, crowded in the hall which the AC is not in a satisfying
condition

-the commitee takes a large amount of time just to PREPARE for the briefing of anything

-the day could have ended at 1030pm, but instead some asshole likes to eat up our resting time and happily
made our lives miserable by finishing it up at 1130pm

-the cultural performances that I saw is not very interesting and not entertaining at all, it should have been targeted
towards international audiences instead as they seem to be very interested in our culture, a foreign culture to them,
while the program could have let us locals go back to our place and rest our body and mind as to prepare for the
next day we'll be facing

-then came back to my room only to find a note placed on the door saying, your doorlock have been changed please contact

I always used to wonder what it was about Jews that made people throughout history despise them. If they were indeed "God's chosen" I thought, they had to be the unluckiest people in the history of the world.

Why were they persecuted throughout history?

Why had the Nazis herded them into cattle cars and taken them to "extermination camps" to dispose once and for all of the "Jewish problem?"

I suddenly recognized that if Hitler had developed a "Final Solution" to the Jewish question, that there had to have been a "Jewish Problem." Could the Jews have in any way behaved in such a manner that would make the countries in which they resided turn against them, or were they just unfortunate, innocent victims?

I set out to find answers for my questions, mainly turning to the Internet, but also reading various books on the subject. What I found became increasingly disturbing to me.

I had not known that throughout history, the Jews had been expelled from 79 countries, some countries more than once.

I had not known that many of the claims they made about the Holocaust that I had believed unquestioningly for so long were in fact fraudulent.

The books I had read and the movies I had seen about the "Holocaust" and wept over were nothing but thinly veiled attempts to garner unwavering sympathy for the state of Israel and an excuse to extort billions of dollars from Germany and 1.25 billion dollars from the Swiss banks.

I discovered that a book I had read many times as a teenager and cried about, Anne Frank's Diary, had been at least partially written by someone other than Anne Frank.

I learned that the confessions at the Nuremburg Trials and the executions of so many German "war criminals" were extracted under torture and the defendants were being tried, judged and condemned by their very accusers.

I learned about the "false flag" operations, especially the Lavon affair and the tragedy of the USS Liberty, an American ship that was attacked by the Israelis during the 1967 war. 34 young American men were killed and many more wounded.

To add insult to injury, the Israelis claimed that it was simply an unfortunate case of mistaken identity, something the survivors of the Liberty have always vehemently denied. They, however, were threatened with court martial if they were ever to tell their stories.

I learned about the Jonathan Pollard spy case and other incidents of Israeli Jews spying against their supposed "closest ally."

I became shocked and horrified as I learned about the treatment of the Palestinian people in the occupied territories at the hands of the Israeli Defense Forces and the Jewish settlers. Israel purports to be the only democracy in the middle east, but it's only a democracy for Jews. Non-Jews are not considered equal.

I was saddened to see pictures of innocent Palestinian children burned beyond recognition or suffering from serious gunshot wounds after being targeted by the IDF for no other reason than that they are Palestinian.

I found out about the Jewish history of avariciousness, larceny, lying, manipulation and their questionable and usurious business practices.

I learned about their roles in the radical homosexual movement, the radical feminist movement, the pornography industry as well as their over-representation in the abortion industry.

I discovered their role in organized crime, in the slave trade, in the civil rights movement and in Communism, an ideology that is responsible for the deaths of untold millions and the repression of many millions more.

I learned that it was Jewish supremacists behind the war against Christianity and Christmas. It is they who want God out of the Pledge of Allegiance and all symbols of Christianity removed from public life.

They have driven Christianity from the public schools despite Christianity being the majority religion.

They have taken Christmas out of the public school calendar despite the fact that it is a statutory holiday and it is named Christmas.

I read about the anti-Gentilism and hatefulness of the Babylonian Talmud and their utter disrespect for, and hostility towards Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary and Christianity and Christians in general.

I learned about their "chutzpah" in claiming that Gentile lives were worth no more than the lives of barnyard animals but that they considered Jewish lives to be akin to God Himself. It's okay to steal from a Gentile or to kill a Gentile, but Jewish lives are sacred.

I learned of their control of the majority of wealth, the media and academia despite them making up less than 2% of the population (even lower in Canada).

They are behind the ridiculous political correctness movement and hate crime legislation that was drafted so as to silence anyone who might figure out their agenda and attempt to shed light on it.

Men like German Rudolf, David Irving and many more, previously recognized as great historians, were arrested, charged with hate crimes and incarcerated simply for having made academic inquiry into a specific period of history.

Other so called "revisionists" or "holocaust deniers" have been intimidated, harassed, assaulted and smeared simply for trying to get at the truth.

It is patently clear that the war in Iraq is due solely to Israel wanting to hobble her enemies by destabilizing their governments in order to achieve hegemony in the middle east.

It would be unthinkable for Israeli Jews to die for this cause, so they manipulated the US into the war with the help of the Jewish Zionist "Israel firsters" in the Bush administration in order that the blood of way too many young American men and women is shed instead.

It is they who control the middle eastern foreign policy of the most powerful country in the world, the USA. It is they who control congress, the senate and the puppet president, George W. Bush.

They have such control in movies and television that we are now subjected to endless programs and Hollywood movies that mock Christianity, Christian values and degrade the traditional family.

After sober reflection on what I had discovered about Jewish supremacy and Zionism, I had to abandon all my previously held notions as to the history of Jewish persecution.

What I have trouble understanding is why they continue this behavior in whichever society they live, knowing that eventually they will overplay their hand and their perfidy will be exposed yet again. Has history taught them nothing?

As more and more people become aware of what is going on and who is responsible for it, anger is going to rise as it already has in the former Soviet Union and eastern European countries.

They may control television, movies and the print media, but they don't control the internet. At least not yet. Blogs and websites devoted to "outing" the Jewish supremacists will ultimately be their downfall.

ahh its that time of the year..again...ache here pain there...well that's how things works if you have passion over something.
You feel like there's something wrong or missing if you don't go out and train and have fun with your fellow traceurs friends.
last semester break was truly awesome! Spent the whole semester break for training and i think i may have gone over the limit.! Most of my progression is not what you see since it's not all recorded :-/ but yeah, the time of the year have come and tho shall have some good rest. Conditioning? Hmmm.. Maybe, that's just not something i really like.hahah! I am awesome, i know how to type in ancient english. LOL! On the other hand, sometimes i think that lol doesnt works anymore :-/ hahahahahahaahahahah works better. I've heard people saying the word 'lol' in real life when actually it's supposed to be an acronym.hahahaha!

Speaking of my semester break, aside from training, i got a new console the nintendo wii and this n97 i'm using! I won the wise shake-a-chips contest, thanks to my brother and his friends facial expression born-with-talent. So i spent 'some' time playing the awesome wii and also have downloaded a few more games to be played thru usb! Awesome innit?

And yeah, the project A! I actually spent some 3 or so days before the break was over shooting with the guys, this mini-series is really awesome i can feel it. The storyline is really aweeeeesome and u guys just have to wait for it. I've heard and had lots of good responses about the pilot and people just have so many questions in their mind and they just can't wait to see the next episode! Oh yeah! And this is my last semester in the foundation of engineering, it's a short semester and i really hope i get to score this semester bad-assly, as in with excellency.heheh. Oh speaking of last semester, suddenly my college's fellow became strict and somehow my not-even-medium-long hair matters...sad, really!hahaha. Why i said not even medium long? Google medium long hair. You'll get what i mean. I've had this question since i'm in high school lagi, why the fuck, i repeat, why the FUCK educational institution in malaysia(governmentals and k8u8i8s,macam azam yg noob,dah ar private, especially) does not allow long hairs?!? And i can see how the parkour community is growing in malaysia! Had a sick session yesterday, went to the rock climbing gym after it rained at dataran gemilang. Me and Kei frontflipped off the beginner's rock to the matt.it was probably a storey high. it was awesome. the mattress really made our day, tried off cart double fulls, front half and other stuff. we had a lot of laughs. Kei, is sick! btwist on concrete with only his socks on! wtf! Ajwad landed terribly a webster on the matt, so he have a bad leg now. :( get well soon man! So anyways, enjoy the vid :D

Last Saturday's meet-up was awesome I have to say, around 20 showed up, which is really a big amount for just a training session here. Despite my left toe is still in the healing process(and I've been hurting it alot with accidental cat leaps, I'm hoping it'll heal soon =[ at least it'll be ok for the NFM '09.), the session was just sick with NoX team(90 degrees) around and the other guys from Cheras and Subang. I have a feeling that this Majalah 3's cover on us is gonna be sick.

Alot have went on, I've entered the Slurpeelicious competition, which the results is still unheard of ("YOU MUST DIE, I ALONE AM BEST"). And also their newest Hawaii competition I'm entering (am hoping I win the 40" LCD, or any prizes cause all of them are plain awesome). Recently, the Mister Potato competition, yes I will need your votes from; (Don't worry, I will totally post up a post in the blog once the voting period starts to annoy you guys AGAIN xD . )

oh and I tried my luck with entering the Creative Multimedia's Club competition of the title "Speed Master" and all I can say is that I ruleth. :D The competition is easy, they provide you with a laptop with the speedtest site and you'll have to type as fast as you can infront of them (everyone's watching you, remember, ramai doh,fuck I suddenly have parkinson while typing tadi.) and if you have the highest speed, you'll win. One week of my mid-term break holiday goes by just like that. It felt so quick and hopefully I've spent it the way I wanted to spend it :D

Before the semester break, I had to sit for 4 exams. The last exam was the computer 1 exam on Saturday (18th July). Then went straight back home from IIUM PJ.

Hmm, let me see, I was home on Friday(17th) since there's no exam on that day and went back to the campus on Saturday's morning. There's a small session with Siddiq and Amir if I'm not mistaken it's at Putrajaya. Then I'm not sure about Saturday. I believe there's a session but I forgot where cause I remembered Amir told me he had to register on Sunday's morning.

On that week itself, we went to Port Dickson for some tricking/3run session which was super cool fun! Had also some pool session after we tricked near the beach which I then tried a tunnel flip and got back my aerial twist from platform into the pool. It was a fun one day trip. The day after we went to the field next to 7E besides Bangi's garden. Got my corkscrew that day. And Irsyad bailed a roundoff back which was damn scary! Luckily he didn't extend his hand or else it might be another unfortunate events that I myself have to watch. It's not good for the self-motivation. hahahha!

Then I went to JB on Thursday, spent a full day there and oh boy, really it was tiring I tell you. A non-stop training every day, travelling. Man I'm so cooL!
Went to JB and met a lot of cool guys. I had the opportunity to learn a wall inward-sideflip. I also met the Shimura Runners, I lost count of how many members they have in their group, it's a large group up to ten members I guess. They are a very talented lads and are really daring. Another very memorable trip to JB. Sad I didn't meet all of the guys last time I met in 2008. Oh well, it's a one day trip so I wasn't expecting much except training there and have fun and I did had alot of fun!

You got served! Hi! I just finished all of my quizzes(test) like last week and math was yesterday. So anyway, I just can't believe how quick things goes on over here. It's not like school, I'll be having my mid-term exam next week! Yes!!! It's craziee!!! Wowoyuiwooow!Oowoewa! 14th will be having Chemistry, 15th Maths, 16th Physics and 18th Computer. And all of them will be at nights!! Physics will be for 3 hours, 8PM to 11PM. So cooL! It will be covering all we have learned and once I finish the mid-term exam on physic, for final, what comes out on mid-term won't comes out for final. Wee! But that's only for physics.

Owh and next two days I will be having the quiz number 2 for chemistry! See? In school you got like 2 months something to be tested(monthly test prob.) but over here it's like, once you have the quiz, everything comes down raining on you, the quizzes, the assignments, the tutorials. WOW! And soon I will be finishing semester 1. Blablblabla..

Trick Session with The 90 Degrees.

Last weekend, I had a session with Andrea Catozzi and his friends. LOL. Well, it's actually Ajwad and the gang. The 90 Degrees, but not all of them were available, 3 of them only managed to join. Nevertheless, it was an awesome session! Tho the grass at TTC feels like shit hard but we still manages to enjoy the session!

Ajwad just came back from Putrajaya, Alamanda, and he's tired. Before the session, it rained abit and the grass are all wet. It's slippery too! Shamim(sp?!) who planned to go to a concert, cancelled his trip immediately to join the session, such cool guy he is.

Anyway, the session was recorded by the Acap, (I apologise for the gay camera skill..hahahaha) and Azam came down to TTC at 6.50PM just to show his just-woke-up-face when he's the one who planned and invited all of us to TTC to Parkour, but then since he didn't show up, we tricked instead. Damn, he and acap are both gay.

Ajwad and his friends haven't tricked for almost half a year. But his 'rusts' are damn good.

A fractured toe on a huckstered(tuckered) day~

Hellow pepoles! My plan of improving forms and flows and recording stuff was sabotaged after a tuckered day of silliness ended up with a fractured toe!1!! weeha! So cool! I did a reverse cork of a intermediate platform and ended up landing with my toe crushing directly end to end towards the wall! But today was very tuckered indeed. With no energies, we all tried out our 3run stuff while finding some new good spots.

But then after I am injured, we went to the centre of the Putrajaya Mosque to trick. I had to learn some new one legged combos. Had to swingthroughs and lands with my right leg cause the fractured toe is on my leftie. And also had to hyper btwist my btwist. Ammar also hypered(super fast twisting and landed while twisting and then twisting while standing) his cork and did a standing slanted gainer(woot!!?!?!)

Overall it was fun because we haven't had any session since like last week. So it was very exciting. How long does a fractured bone heals? Especially this one is just a small part of my toe, it's like at the tip aje. So maybe in one or two weeks I guess. Weee~ Holidays!!! hhahahahah

Troubles with forms..

Bad habits and bad forms! Yes, the thing that have annoyed me since I injured my left knee and started to change forms in flips. First, my sideflip is like always, cacat. I tried chaging direction while punching, works a while, then suddenly when I tried to do it from platform, changed back to it's original form. Then I tried changing the tucking method, doesnt work either. So I have no idea of fixing it. Secondly, my backflip is currently using the"cowboy" tuck! LOL! But I think I can work on this one. It's just gonna take ALOT of time and ALOT of clips of digicam. Wee~

Prison Break has ended....

So Prison Break has ended. I successfully followed!!! Wooh! And I've watched the finale episode just now. To sum it up, I must say that Prison Break ended up with a kinda sad ending. But everyone got what they deserved.

First, the General Krantz got arrested after Scylla was being held to the United Nations and all of them whose worked together for Scylla got exonerated except for T-Bag, he got sent back to Fox River cause he's a douche bag and a faggot. And the General got served a death sentence. You got served bitch!

Secondly, Michael's mother (Christina Scofield) who's a fucking irritated mother fucker who can't let her pride down just for a fucking second. yes I hate her character, too much ego fucks her up. She got shot at her back! You got served bitch! This was because she's taking Scylla back from Michael when she and her underlings attacked the ware house. And Michael tried to stop her but the gun was not loaded with any bullet. So Sara shot that dumb bitch (Christina) from the back and she accidently shot Michael or purposely, whatever.

Third, T-Bag got served in Fox River and has became the gay leader in that prison. He has his own bitch just like old times where his bitch will have to hold his pocket. Technically in that series, Dr. Sara Tancredy checked up his medical record and he got this disorder, well sexually. He's erotically challenged. Yes, that's why he can't make love. And that's how he ended up raping and killing and molesting. You sick fuck! I hope you stay in Fox River for life bitch!

Fourth, this ending bit is the one I didn't like. It shows that 4 years later in the future, Sara and Michael's son (yes she got pregnant) went to meet up with Alex Mahone, Sucre, Lincoln Burrows and Benjamin Miles and they all together went to visit Michael's tombgrave. He died because of his brain cancer. Not the ending I expected. This is the only ending I feel sorry about. The others are satisfaction.

Anyway, in the last 3 or 5 episodes, Christina explained that Michael and Lincoln are not brothers. They are not blood related and she blamed their father for adopting and making her pregnant because she knew that she won't become a good mother, infact CAN'T be a good mother at all. She's a psychomaniac whore. I recalled Linc answering her question before admitting she's not a good mother and calling her a whore.

Wow! From season 1 till the end, Prison Break have been a tiring series to kept on continuing with more troubles. Cause even the title says 'Prison Break' but then it ended up with the Scylla shit and the company shit. It should've ended when the breaked out of fox river. LOL. or if they still want to make money, fine, after the Panama Prison.

Well I have no absolute 100% idea of what the hell is the meaning of Al-Fakher(Al-Fucker, that I know). But anyway, have you guys watched this?

Hell, I can't believe it was in a movie. Maritess would've won the world's best video award. LOL. Well atleast better than that chase scene! Wasting my precious unsleeping time.

Anyway, today's meet-up was fun and lot's of awesome stuff tho my left leg, I think it was my calf,knee and the washer's aching. Bet it's strained like hell. Well, back to stretching them muscles everyday then. Now Mirul's back, and the guys are on holidays but I am going to college. Demm!

The other day, I found out that foundation is not that bad. One fact that made me happy was that we'll only have to study for one semester and then finish up the exam and the first semester is history. What I meant was we don't have to even remember what we studied in the first semester because the second semester will be on different subjects.. wohooO! Correct me if I'm wrong.

The movie 'What Just Happened' sucks so bad! WTF! I'm betting Killshot sucks too.

I hope I find a good dependable shoe soon! But it's true that any shoes you use, it's just about the times you use it for training. The more you train in it, the faster it'll worn out. Malaysia's shoes choice sucks!

Speaking of that, I bet you guys noticed that the Malaysian business style is like copy cats. I mean, take a look for example the restaurants location in Malaysia. Once an owner opens up a shop somewhere, for sure there will be another copy cat who open's up the same type of shop maybe beside that original shop location just because he sees the success rate of that original shop. So this is what I was thinking about, what if someone opens up a big successful gym? Not the fitness gym, the one we'll be using. You see, I bet if someone opens up that gym somewhere and it is successful, people will start opening up gyms everywhere. That's just the Malaysian business style I guess. Where are all the rich peoples? Are they too dumb to see that they can make money out of this? :O
